Developerská společnost Penta Real Estate vyhlásila soutěž na podobu coworkingových kanceláří v Praze v budově Churchill. Vyhrálo ji Studio Perspektiv, které vytvořilo takzvaný butikový coworkingový prostor pro náročné. Má název Base a jedná se o první pobočku plánované sítě.
Podnikatel Zdeněk Bakala prodal komplex nemovitostí v pražském Karlíně realitnímu fondu Amundi Czech Republic. Součástí je i multifunkční sál Forum Karlín, sdělila Bakalova mluvčí Šárka Samková. Obě strany se dohodly, že cenu transakce nezveřejní.
Silicon Valley's office and R & D sectors has more than 1.9 million square feet (msf) of positive net absorption. Julie Leiker, Cushman & Wakefield's Market Director for Silicon Valley, said "In contrast, despite the strong occupancy effort in the R&D sector during the third quarter, the negative hangover felt from the first two quarters still leaves year-to-date R&D net absorption at negative 203,000 sf, although it is trending in the stronger direction,"
